Don't be upset by everything

When a man is upset(angre), he's likely to do something silly. It can make you lose a valuable asset. Once, i got angre with myself for failing to a talk show on tv. I was so upset that i hit on my phone and radio at the same time and they got spoiled. (Bold)After some minutes(/bold) i discovered i had no phone and radio again just for missing a talk show. That was when i told myself (bold)don't always be upset by everything.(/bold)
